Frazer Roy Builder Renovator

Roy has been our contractor for many years. Roy has a gifted ability to see what's in your head and transform that into what you and your family are looking for. Roy renovated my parents house top to bottom over many years of job, and now has done my house.
After a poor decision that my wife and i made about using a more cost effective contractor it was Roy and his team that saved the day. After many issues with a full basement renovation Roy came into the project to save the day. He evaluated the situation and professionally took over the project. My dad taught me you get what you pay for and that is Frazer Contracting - You get what you pay for, and that is a top level contractor from start to finish.
He communicates very well with you from start to finish and advises you in many areas. Roy also kept us in check and balance that when your "wants" exceed your budget. He knows when to cap you off and avoid major blow out at the end of the project.
Roy has become a family friend, and i hope will not retire before I finish this house renovation and hopefully a custom built home in the future.
