The massage was great, the RMT was very well trained (vanessa). My experience was great but the only glitch was I was not offered my 20$ off which was promised during my appointment over the phone.

I received an email about the promo code for the month of April. It did have a date on it, but therefore I mentioned everything over the phone while my booking about the 20$ off.

So it was very unprofessional behavior at the reception front and it wouldn't harm them to offer and keep their promise.

Now atleast I know how important is customer to them and now I know whether to go back or no.
