Sawmill Sid

What a great place for the creative woodworking professional as well as all novice woodworkers.

My partner Mike and I joined a never ending stream of woodworking pros on Saturday morning.(Saturday was Sid's annual 450$ a truck load sale ) We manadged to find quite a few amazing pieces for upcoming projects of ours. Having a small pickup at the time, Sid offered us another load a few weeks later if we wanted to drop by.

I needed a small piece in very cold weather and the man was very helpful in directing me and pointing me to pieces that could suit my project. Really appreciate them going the extra mile to help someone who just needed a $30 piece of wood! A real gem in the city.

Sid is great to work with, so knowledgeable and helpful, very professional. Great selection - have gone to Sid for a fireplace mantel and now dining table top. Great customer service too!

Attended the truck load sale not knowing what to expect. As we arrived Sid welcomed us with coffee and donuts and walked us through the lot. Then we FILLED our truck. The staff were awesome and knowledgeable with that species the pieces were. This sale is definitely worth it and Ill be back for some custom orders very soon

Sawmill Sid was very professional and prompt at returning our call. We were coming a far distance to have our job done and even through extremely busy was able to accommodate us so we wouldn't have to drive twice. Excellent job on our piece.
