(July 28, 2017, 11:58 pm)Much better than the Things Engraved at Erin Mills Town Centre. Customer service was prompt and helpful. However, the $1 per character plus the $10 set up fee for merchandise not sold in the store prevents me from scoring it five stars.
I ending buying their coffee mug for $20. Engraving and a decorative scroll pushed the price to over $70 😢
