Vive Fitness 24/7 Applewood Plaza Mississauga

I am a Vive Truscott location member. This my favourite gym in the city. There is everything you need. Easy in and out access, open 24/7, great weights, cardio and machine selection and the class studio with TV’s for heart rate monitoring system. The classes are the same or even better than the expensive studios.
I am sure that the Applewood location will be even better!

So glad this gym is opening in Applewood plaza. I love Vive! I they got everything you need to have a great workout. I am a member at the Toronto location but I take QEW to go back home in Mississauga. The location is perfect!
I can easy get off the highway and do my workout instead of sitting in the traffic

My friend is a member at the Toronto location and she loves it.
The gym has a boutique feel, great classes almost the same as a fancy expensive class studios for the friction of the price

I live in the Applewood for about 10 years.
I am currently a member of one of the expensive class studios on Lakeshore.
I was very curious about Vive so I went I I got a 1 month membership at their Mississauga Truscott location. The gym is great! Not too small not too big. Great equipment that you can use 24/7.
On top of that they have a class studio that is almost the same ( or even better) like my current $300 per month studio.
The price is amazing. I already signed up
