LASIK MD

I recently had my lasik surgery done at the Mississauga location and i gave absolutely no complaints. From the front desk receptionist to every staff that attended me, all of them were kind, professional, and great. The place took all necessary precautions and preparations in relation with covid19. The customer service was great. I didnt have to wait. Everything was in order. And if they gave you a time, they made sure u were done within that time. Even the zoom consultantation was great. They give you all the information you need. I highly recommend them!!!

Calling the procedure “life changing” feels like an understatement. The whole experience from the first call till well after the surgery, was smooth, highly thorough, extremely professional and most importantly, refreshingly polite. Especially the technicians; Elena, Amy, Nerissa, and Christina. The manager, Krysta was also incredibly sweet. A genuinely wonderful team.
Dr. Omar Hakeem was my surgeon, and as someone who has a lot of experience with doctors, I MUST say his bedside manner, attitude, caring demeanor and tone, really made the actually process a walk in the park. Thank you, sincerely, to everyone over at the Mississauga location.

The ONLY reason they get 5 stars is thanks to their employee Nerissa. She is AMAZING!! I was hesitant and a little nervous for the consultation, but she walked me through everything and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. She is extremely kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. It is evident that she is good as what she does and she ensures that she is producing the absolute BEST. I'd highly recommend asking for her if you end up going!! Nerissa is incredible and I hope management shares this review with her and recognizes her hard work and dedication.

Came here for my fiancé's laser eye surgery. When we came in for a consult a month ago, the clinic staff were great and answered all our questions. We booked our appointment right away. Gave us a lot of instructions and care procedures. The clinic Followed up a few times to confirm our appointment through email and phone. Returned today for the actual procedure. They had estimated a total of 4 hours but we were in and out in 2 hours. All the staff were caring. The associate director also checked in on us to make sure we were good. The procedure itself was only 30 minutes. Dr. Jefferey Machat was really great, was patient and explained the procedure all along the way. He was also very calming and encouraging. My fiancé's vision is great and he already is healing. Good investment, Would recommend this location!
