  I am giving it a 3 stars for the following reasons:
  1. I received very good sales service;
  2. I was promised sofas to be delivered within 4 weeks which did not happen;
  3. My sofas arrived 6weeks>; had to call multiple times to follow up
  4. Tina(sales manager) was polite and very helpful.
  Sofas delivered to me looks decent as I just started using it.so they seem fine so far.

  We went in to buy a King size bed and a single bed for kids. We were greeted by the sales rep Manpreet and the store manager. Quick, friendly service. There were many options available and Manpreet narrowed it down based on our needs and our budget without being pushy or aggressive. Our furniture was delivered when promised and no issues with delivery.

  I was great experience to shop at this place. Excellent customer service from store manager. She is one of the person, once you deal with her, you feel oblige and come over again and again. Product quality and price is great. I had wonderful experience in my house hold product, and highly recommend.

  I had the best experience with the salesman Mario at the bad boys on Dundas . My grandma and mom bought a dishwasher and a washing machine and drying off him last year for a great price so I thought I would would try bad boys. And good wise Mario was there again and sold me on a bed that I love (for a good price) not just that but the deliverymen put my bed and box spring together like it was nothing!! From now on I’m only shopping from Mario at bad boys!!!

  The day we went shopping for our new couch set we went to all of the furniture stores. Bad Boys was the only one that was able to give us what we wanted. The other stores either followed us around which makes it very hard to shop and discuss what we are looking for. But at Bad Boys the salesman just gave us his card and let us look around and told us that if we had any questions to come find him. That made it much easier for us to decide on what we exactly what we wanted. Another location wouldn’t move the price even a little bit but again at Bad Boys we were able to meet in the middle and come to a price that we were all happy with.
  The delivery guys also made the delivery of the furniture so easy. They were very friendly and even took their shoes off. Most times when I’ve had furniture delivered the delivery guys would just walk right in. Everything went perfect. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the furniture itself because our experience with Bad Boys was great.
