(December 17, 2020, 4:58 pm)This review is for the recent flight experience and cabin crew (Experience with ground staff working at Pearson airport is totally different and I will post it later. That said Pearson staff is not a real part of Lufthansa to be accurate they are Pearson Airport employees)
Loved: friendliness and politeness of the cabin crew, onboard food quality, selection and... table setting! Not a regular eating out of box but food is served on decent plates with actual lids instead of aluminum caps. Not a regular drinking out of plastic cups but beverage is served in good glass. Not terrible for environment and ugly to use plastic forks/spoon/knife but real metal alloy pleasant to keep in hand utensils.
But most importantly cabin crew helped to catch missing connection showing the face of a friend. And all of this in the midst of people chaos of pandemic.
Lufthansa is where people serve and help people. Thank you!
