We had a car accident with a rental tow guy came they convince us to bring the car to collision Center macc towing I forgot to grab something from the car I went the next day to grab something from the car and lady said I need to make appointment and someone will get back to you within 24 hours I waited and still waited when I call she answered then hang up the phone the lady that sits in the front door desk only worried about looking good and not worried about the customer terrible service. Food for thought if there is someone there to answer the phone why send a email just because of Covid-19 why not just answer the phone you sit there and do nothing terrible place Terrible customer service

Not sure why everyone is having terrible experiences. This body shop and their affiliated towing company took very good care of me. I admit I left my car here and read all the terrible reviews and had my insurance company try to sway me away and all I could think was omg I made a mistake but I am glad I gave them a chance. Not to mention My car looks better than it did even before my accident. Thank you !!
