I purchased a new phone from this store that unfortunately did not work in my rural location north of Toronto. I messaged the store with my issue and they told me to bring it to the store and they would take care of this. The gentlemen in the store was very polite and quick to resolve my problem and exchanged the phone on the spot with no questions. Everyone I dealt with was polite, respectful and wanted to help. I will shop here again next time I need a phone.

The level of customer service received at this store is immaculate. I have been shopping at this store for the past 3 years and never regret a visit.
