I would recommend Ankur to anyone who needs a great deal in real estate market, needs good support through the entire process, wants to buy their first home, etc.

He helped us through the entire process of checking almost 30-40 houses over 2-3 months and guided us to make the right deal. His negotiation was so good that the seller of the house to us also started giving him references of potential buyers.

We saved a great deal of money by not going for the wrong houses, not over bidding and not getting trapped in the FOMO black hole and Ankur was primary reason for it by always telling us to be patient and waiting for the right one.

Also, we had always stayed in apartments our entire life, so Ankur also kept on giving us info about houses and the required maintenance for it. In today's market, if you put home inspection as a condition then you might not get a house, so a realtor like Ankur who can do a visual short home inspection for you is very important.

Overall, Ankur helped us on every step of this new phase in our lives and continues to do for our closing and moving to the new house. Highly recommended for anyone.
