They are fully stocked most of the times. Have all the basic things club size (for chicken or meat) not available.

This is the first No Frills I've visited with a self checkout area. It's perfect and quick for those with 1 or 2 items and reduces the waiting times for other cashiers. Facility was clean and stocked, looks like it has been upgraded recently.

Smaller than regular no frills. This one has self checkout counters now and that’s super useful for quick pickups.

Great prices and well organized. I have tried numerous supermarkets in the vicinity and I always prefer to choose No Frills. Their No Name brand is quite good in terms of quality vs price. My only major concern is their opening hours - as a working parent with 3 young kids, I prefer evening shopping but they close early compared to other supermarkets so I am forced to take my business elsewhere during off hours.
