(March 17, 2020, 4:57 pm)Menzies Aviation has provided great customer service for all our shipments going through China Eastern and Air France. They've taken care of our shipment for years and have been very accommodating even when shipment requires special needs, like urgent screening, exterior affix shipping labels, or document adjustments. I've also dealt with their weekend staff for seafood shipments going to China as well and they've been very friendly.
Their warehouse can sometimes get very busy (as with many airline warehouses in the area) but they get the job done. Had great experiences with Menzies.
