I always prefer my trips to Metro as opposed to the local Superstore. They generally have what I need and are much better organized. Clean and well maintained, the store has a logical for the most part layout and the staff are helpful. I like that it has less variety as the other places look junky with way too much to choose from. Veggies have always been fresh and quality meats. I don't think I've seen a fresh meat counter, but there are a lot of the in house butchers working and replacing the fridges that it isn't something to miss.

I like that there is minimal lineup here and very fast checkout. Doesn't quite have all the brand's I need but is good. Also, not a fan of their bakery.

While you are at Metro, give your family a treat with a fabulous pizza from Gino's!

Metro is a good place to buy groceries. You get nice discounts on bakery items
