(November 11, 2017, 12:23 am)We had purchased a product that was defective. I called the company and with only one phone call, the cost of the dog treats was reimbursed. Great customer service like that is so unusual that it caught us completely by surprise. I would not hesitate to purchase items from this company again. Thank you Normerica......too bad you can’t train other companies.
