Mr. Electric of GTA West

This is my first time with Mr. Electric and I’m extremely happy with the experience. The communication on the phone was clear, detailed and courteous. I received a call 1 hour before the technician was to arrive. The technician Adrian Maier was extremely experienced, competent, skilled, helpful and hardworking. He spent around 6 hours trying to find a optimal solution for our issue which included trips up and down the house several times. Finally we were happy with the solution he provided. He was polite and transparent and cleaned up on his way out. I highly recommend Mr. Electric.

Great customer service from the jump. I was without power and the team
at Mr. Electric arranged a visit earlier than anyone else would, gave me upfront information, called to followup when tech was on his way (as promised), tech showed up right on time! did the job perfectly and even helped me plan how to best complete my project with expert advice.
I really appreciated how friendly and patient the tech was and how quickly things got done. The overall $$$ was as explained and very reasonable.

I will be saving this number in my contacts and can confidently refer Mr. Electric as a GREAT option for anyone in need of expert help. Thanks team at Mr. Electric :)

Beyond Excellent service - I called at 9am and my electric doorbell was fixed by 11am - FANTASTIC customer service - competitive rate and excellent quality - remember you get what you pay for and with this company I got beyond what I paid for - I would totally call them again for any electrical needs. Did I mention they are super honest :) Love this company :)

The electrician's from Mr. Electric were very professional and instantly found the issue, were able to resolve it right away. Liked their service and also provided recommendations for the future. Called someone else and left a message days before and no call back. So called Mr. Electric. Lady on phone friendly and very professional. Checked their schedule and received same day service. Gave a time span of expected arrival but said she would call a half hour before which she did. Then I received a picture of their technician with his full name prior to arrival. Technician was very professional. Listened to my problems and tackled each one explaining what he was doing. He found another problem I should have been advised of by new air conditioner installers. Fixed it. Fixed my other two problems. Fixed another problem on my main board. Price very reasonable. He had been clear about it along the way. Very impressed, very pleased. Would highly recommend these people. Paul, the technician, was excellent!
