Read this if you are planing to buy PHYSIO office: This office ( may be name changed slightly ) has been sold to Tina Segal in 2018 , who closed the office in approx four months and probably filled bankruptcy. This clinic is blacklisted from Main insurance company - Sunlife .You can check sunlife website to know more ( check delisted companies list ). If you are buying this office make sure your lawyer cover 4 points in agreement - 1 ) Truth and dispute about previous sale 2 ) Gift cards issued to patients - know full story and 3 ) Does the owner ever lost or surrender his physio license due to fraud ( call physio college and ask about owner profile for this location ) . 4 ) Deceleration that clinic is not de-listed from any insurance company. Also check the reviews of smart physiotherapy clinic , Mississauga as both clinic has same actual owner probably . I am not blaming anyone all I am saying is if you are buying this office you have a right to know about everything. Also I am surprised to see where does all the review go for this business. ( BEST IDEA WOULD BE CALL PREVIOUS OWNER TINA AND THEN YOU WILL TAKE A RIGHT BUSINESS DECISION... PROBLEM SOLVED. IF YOU WANT HER NO ASk ME UNDER THIS COMMENT. ( I am not saying anything wrong about clinic or the owner all I am saying is be honest and alert to make good business deal ) ( this comment is without prejudice and I am not calming anything and information is based on general information from people word of mouth and could be wrong or right )
