NEAC - The Neurodevelopmental & Educational Assessment Centre, I

I had a great experience with NEAC.  From start to finish I was informed and my son and I felt welcomed in the office and taken care of even with Covid-19 protocols.  The Administrator Jennifier was pleasant, efficient and thorough.  She made the assessment process easy, cost was upfront and all questions were answered. I recommend NEAC to anyone looking to do a Psycho-educational assessment for their child.

We have had a phenomenal experience so far with NEAC. From the very beginning they have been professional and caring. Each time I have had to call I have found they are polite, courteous and helpful. The first call to them was what sold me on going here for the assessment, they were not pushy about booking a date and made sure that they understood why we were getting the testing done and matched my son with assessors that best met his personality and needs.

Since the first call each visit has been great. They took time to talk to me and understand my concerns and with my son they have been great and spent time making sure he was ok through the testing. Thank you to the staff for all your help through this process with my son and I. We truly appreciate it and are glad that we found you!
