Updating my review as of july 27th 2019

I've been taking my Bengal here since he was 3 months old and he's now 6 almost 7 years old.

There has been a change with the doctors since I've first started coming here. Which isnt a bad thing. My first visit with the new doctor didnt quite go as planned as I think there was a lot of miscommunication. But after speaking to him today we definitely sorted a lot of things out.

I brought my baby back in today as his mouth was swollen and hurting him. The doctor was very kind and super understanding that his mouth was hurting and didnt want to stress him/ cause him pain anymore than what he already was.

Since being there the last time the clinic has definitely changed and it's super nice !
There is a new lady ( I didnt get her name ) who was at the front desk who was really really nice as well as the old staff, katherine and candice. They are all amazing and so helpful.

The doctor is super kind and very caring of his patients. He gave my cat an injection and sent me home with medication when I voiced my concern about his problem. Told me to keep an eye out, and if it doesnt get better to come back in two weeks. I hope I dont have too ( he gets better ) but if not I'll be back again in two weeks with my cat.

I loved the service today so much we even scheduled an appointment for my other cat.
Prices are very very reasonable, and the staff is always there to answer your questions.

Definitely would recommend this doctor. He went above and beyond for me and my cat today.

If you're in the malton area, definitely check them out. The staff is amazing.

Dr Verma and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They saved my geriatric dog's life and are extremely passionate about veterinary care. The clinic cats are also very sweet

Dr. Verma and Katherine are literal LIFE SAVERS! Our Dobergirl Eva started to exhibit the very early signs of Bloat last Thursday, and despite the clinic being closed, Katherine PICKED UP THE PHONE when I called in desperation! Not only that, but when Dr.Verma was advised of our emergent situation, he drove from his sister clinic in Mississauga to get to his Malton location to help Eva!!! We have experienced Bloat 4 times in our dog loving life, and they have either died a horrible death or needed emergency surgery. Well, thanks to Dr.Verma and Katherine's quick actions and COMPASSION, we were able to save Eva with X-Ray's, medication and a tube into her belly to discharge the air!!! We ALL thought Eva would NOT recover, let alone be up and ready to go the next day after fluids and more TLC from Dr.Verma and Katherine! I cannot say enough about how incredible Dr.Verma has been with all 4 of our pets, let alone what had transpired to help Eva in her immediate time of need. We have seen many vets over the years, and I say this with peace and love, NONE have been as kind, caring, understanding or willing to work beyond their closing time like Dr.Verma's team! We will NEVER leave this clinic OR Dr.Verma! Our eyes fill with tears every time we re-live what could have been; had Katherine not picked up the phone and had Dr.Verma not had a heart the size of football field! We love you all Malton Vet Clinic and we thank YOU...BTW - Eva LOVES and thanks Dr.Verma too!

It's only a yearly visit but they are always so kind and gentle with my crazy cats.

The vets are great! Very friendly and takes their time to explain the procedures and options I have for my newly owned cat. Also called me for results with no issues and follows up after vaccination to make sure my cat is doing well.
