Good experience with staff in general. However, was not happy when I picked up a unit that wasn't cleaned, washed and or sanitized. I had to steam clean and sanitize everything on my own. Units had minor damages that should have been fixed before telling customers that unit is ready for pickup. I'm sure this is once of incident and hope I wouldn't have to post anymore sad experiences dealing with PacLease. Good folks but plenty of room for improvement...

Much better than their Brampton location but most of the trucks are pretty filthy with grease on interior surfaces..

One of the most dependable people..I can't say good enough for Paclease guys..They have always been so professional and customer friendly.
