I recently went to Pfaff BMW and couldn’t of had a better experience. Nathan in the used car department was beyond amazing ! He helped me out in a timely manner and helped me find a car that was perfect for me. I wanted a smooth transition to buy a car and it was exactly that. He had my car ready when he said he would and took the best care of me. Thank you so much Nathan .. you are the best !!

Jack Kupracz (Service and part department) is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsible. He provided me with a great advise for my winter wheel package. Saved me money and time and my wheels will look great. Very happy with Jack and overall pfaff service.

We had a great experience leasing our new BMW last week. Nael Adas did a splendid job; identified the best car for us, worked with us as we decided on the best lease term, and walked us through all the car's features on the delivery day. We were impressed with his great customer service skills !!

The service here is outstanding. Excellent communication, clear time and cost expectations. Super friendly staff (shout out to Victoria and Gretchen) and comfy waiting lounge with a more than decent coffee dispenser. The folks at Parts are also super nice.
