The team here, Julia, in particular, took the time to listen to my wants and needs of the business. Offered their input on the equipment and stand by the product they sell. Something rare when it comes to restaurant equipment dealers who are just pushing sales.

In followup dealings with Phoenix, we had issues with some of the faulty equipment we purchased here. and Phoenix was quick to respond and aid us solving our dilemma with the OE manufacturer when it came to warranties.

She arranged a very quick delivery to coincide with installation of our washing machine, knew the correct faucet to purchase and had everything all set with good feelings all around.Very heartening!

Great customer service with Phoenix Food Equipment. I ordered some new stainless steel tables as well as a pan rack and the items arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately I did have an issue with 1 item (at no fault of Phoenix food) but due to the shipping company and Phoenix Food took care of the issue right away. Outstanding customer service, the best I have seen recently. I would absolutely recommend them, and look forward to purchasing more equipment from them in the future!
