What a fun store to visit, unlimited free pinball to play! The staff are great, they know their stuff and are very helpful. Lots of selection to try out!

Purchased pool ques here. For half of what amazon sells them for. In my opinion good friendly service with awsome prices

Mixed bag here. Unfortunately the sales department has undergone many changes. With respect to product selection, it's a great array, but sadly, when looking at the products by an individual basis, it becomes apparent that the passion is gone.

An easy example is the pinball sales. In the past there was new game launches, and events and all games on display for public play and customer enjoyment. This is changing and less will be on display for people to enjoy.

Sadly, the distribution model for Stern pinball is monopolized here and it makes it very difficult for Canadian customers to buy comfortably and at a competitive rate.

Parts department is knowledgeable and has what you'd need on a day to day basis, but sadly this is also becoming a little more tough. With the weakness of the Canadian dollar, prices have risen. I cannot fault the store for this, but there have been occasions where it was a lot more than conversion. While businesses are here to make money, it becomes abhorrently obvious it's at a pint of gouging and not supporting the hobbyists.

A lot of people have been negatively reviewing on other means and I just had to share it here.

Fantastic place to buy arcade and gaming machines. They have a massive selection and very friendly staff.
