They are very friendly, kind and helpful.They are smart too.They did a meticulous job putting in new watch batteries and the price was very affordable, much better than elsewhere. Likewise, for key cutting they are accurate and the most inexpensive place in town. I highly recommend them and I don't normally make the effort to write reviews.

Fixed my Lange ski bag zipper. It had separated from the other side . A unique machine was needed that they had, and fixed it within 2 days before trip.

Galleria Shoe Repair is an amazing place to get any shoes fixed. The place is extremely clean and organized. The couple that own it are adorable and so kind. The man is an artist (all the paintings in the store are painted by him) and you can tell by the way he does his work. I was very pleased with all the repairs- brought in 3 different pairs of shoes, got a small heel put onto my mukluks, a dog chewed the top part of my blundstones off and they were able to sew it back on and repair the damaged leather and my moms high heels that fell apart were glued together- looking good as new. Could not be happier with the service they provided.
