Very kind couple and awesome service,love my new fireplace changes the whole look and feel of the room.

When I bought the floor model firebox and mantle I was really impressed with the service, but when I had a small service issue, they instantly replaced the firebox without me asking. Great customer service. Pauline really cares about her customers. Service like it should be. I highly recommend the shop.

I purchased two Electric Fireplace ten years ago and they are still magnificently working to this Date Dec 4, 2019.
I never had any problems with them. Still generating great atmosphere and welcome heat especially during the winter months.

We purchased a Dimplex fireplace from Pauline and Terry in September. We already had a contractor and chose to book the framing, installation and finishing with him. 10 months later and the contractor suddenly dropped our simple project. I called Terry for advice. Terry came to my home to see what was going on and that was when I found out that the fireplace was not installed correctly. The contractor probably realized his mistake and he was unable to finish the project so he quit. Terry went above and beyond and with his extensive knowledge of the product he was able to finish the installation, with a modification, to our complete satisfaction. Terry and Pauline care about their customers, are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and the after sale service is exceptional.
