Public Storage

Public storage is a clean facility but communication at least at this specific location is not strong asset. When I called the storage company one of the reps was telling me about the great 50% deal they are having due to it being their 40 year anniversary and that it's a no commitment company just pay month to month, but what wasn't told to me was when I got there I had to pay for 3 months in advance to get that 50% off. Even when getting the documents that needed to be signed the reps didn't communicate nothing at all as to what is needed and what is going to happen.

Great storage facility and excellent rates! Derry and Torbram location in Brampton was beyond expectation. Quick and easy... I was in and out in no time. Wonderful customer service, employees and the gentleman I believe to be the manager! ? 10/10 service for me (especially on a long weekend)

I went to 2535 Derry rd. E location.
Very friendly, helpful, & accommodated my every need. & then some!!! The units & General overall location is clean!!!
Would highly recommend ????
