Our first meeting with Craig was informative. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patiently answered all our questions. Nathan was our Project Manager and did an awesome job getting the windows we ordered. He was professional in his interactions with us. The Installers also did a great job. They treated our home like it was their own, they did a great job installing the windows and trims. They worked quickly and did quality work. I would highly recommend Craig, Nathan and his team to anyone looking to get window or doors. I was pleased when Craig came to visit us on the day that the windows were being installed. It showed that he cared and this was not only about him making a sale. I am very satisfied with the service I received from the first phone call to Renewal by Anderson. My thanks to a great team.

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was exceptional from the initial consultation to the last day of installation. We got all the windows on the third floor replaced and the patio doors on the lower level. Christopher Beattie, the consultant was reassuring, very informative, professional and kind throughout the entire process. He came to speak to us about the company’s services/products and evaluate the proposed project. When the project got underway the crew which included Chris, Joe, and Sebastian got the job done in two days, that’s a total of 8 windows and 1 patio door! The quick, friendly, professional service, willingness to respond to questions and their patience was outstanding. They were very tidy too and made sure to sweep up any debris that was left over from the installation. I am very pleased with the service I received from the entire team including the phone operators, and love how the new windows function! They are here to stay, easy to use and look so beautiful. We recently replaced all the windows in our house with Andersen and were not only impressed with the quality of the product but with the professionalism of the staff and installers as well. The sales process was easy and Jason explained all our options clearly and was not pushy in helping us with or decision.

The install team did a fantastic job, they showed up on time everyday and left without leaving a trace of mess behind them. They were meticulous and did a flawless job finishing around the windows both inside and outside the house. They were respectful of the house laying mats on the floor and taking care not to damage anything in the house. They were friendly polite and took time to answer any questions or concerns we had during the install process. They fully tested every window and resolved every minor issue before they left. They were also very Covid safe wearing masks and gloves at all times while on the property, we felt comfortable having them in the house.

New windows are an expensive investment. We did our research before contacting Andersen and were not disappointed to find out they were indeed a reputable company and did a fantastic job installing our new windows. They look amazing as well. We would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

One of the best services ever received. Very pleased with the quality of our windows and a huge appreciation towards the staff, they were very kind and professional. First off Fidel was an amazing young gentleman, walked us through the whole process and really built a customer-employee connection. The project manager Nathan was extremely prepared and answered any question we asked.
