Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Mississauga West

This hotel was very nice, new and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always accommodated me when I needed help. Whether it was with breakfast or help with printing I could tell they genuinely wanted to make my stay easy and enjoyable. Two complaints: dont be fooled by the pictures provided by hotel here because I think they are simulated or from another property since the hotel is new. There is no outdoor space with chairs and firepit at least not that I saw and the pool area is not as spacious. Also the pool is way too cold! The second is that housekeeping hours are very limited. They can't clean your room after 1 or 2pm, for an extended stay hotel this can be very inconvenient. However I'm sure this an issue with Marriott, not the staff at the hotel.

There’s plenty of parking at this Marriott branded hotel.

I’m here for a meeting tonight. The hotel lobby is very nice with a sitting area facing a fireplace. Behind that is an area for enjoying the breakfast included in your hotel stay.

Hotel staff are responsive to your inquiries and needs.

I’ve spoken to people that are staying here and they say the rooms are very nice.

Amazing hotel. Our room was very big and spacious and we loved the room kitchen. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet also served many dishes. Will stay here again for sure!

Very nice and clean hotel. Spent 1 night with kids. Well designed rooms. Pool a little too cool but kids liked it fine. Staff great nice early supper and wonderful breakfast.

Room - spacious, not as boring with featured wall, love the eat-in kitchen option
Bathroom - shower is huge and beautiful! Towels are still SO FLUFFY.
Breakfast - great selection. Loved the section with toppings - either for oatmeal, waffle or yogurt, there were about 7-9 toppings to pick from.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to cleanliness. The bathroom counter was not clean. It is white and difficult to see but there were ‘stuff’ still stuck on the surface that I could feel and in certain angles I can see. Not sure if that is from construction or just not cleaned well.
