(March 10, 2021, 2:28 am)Aluminum foil is still a great product in the kitchen, but recently bought an extra large roll that has an obvious manufacturing process defect - a crescent shaped hole punched into the roll prior to packaging, as the box is undamaged, that appears to go half way through the roll. Meaning every piece we use has at least two holes in it. Understand that issues happen, but we’ve had no response from customer service. Would be nice to at least have the inconvenience acknowledged.
Update - finally had a response from Reynolds, an apology and a gift card. Took a while but nice of them to own up to product deficiency.
