Very good company very helpful staff and Dispatch even have a great working environment.

I am working with Roadies since last 2 years n still working.. It a pleasure working with great organization, Owner of company Mr HARPREET CHAHAL is very down to earth and friendly..always keep in touch with the drivers to know their problems & issues.
About dispatch RAMAN & NAV both are v professional experienced dispatchers (no force dispatch, problem solving & multi tasking skills, do well planned dispatch & Quick decision maker.)
If we talk about internal staff at Reception, Payroll and other backend staff they all are very professional do their job efficiently with timely manner.
In short this is aggressively growing company.

Ok here’s the Real Deal at Roadies. First off the Equipment Is First Class. Volvo’s & Freightliners
2019 / 2020 I’ve seen. Trailers all New in the last year or so. They pay way above average with Great Runs. As a driver your Cheque is in your truck every Friday morning. Your pay always clears your bank account.

This company relies on drivers who just want to work with no real company interference from a pushy dispatcher. You’re on your own with your own independence. The only time I speak to dispatch if they ask you to work a extra shift. They also give great notice for that.

Nav from dispatch is easy to get a hold of and if you have a problem she fixes it for you right away.

There always solutions with this company. So as for driver if you want to work for a company that’s let’s you be you as long as you are reliable person then this is a company I would recommend.

From the owner Jag to The dispatch Nav you feel like you’re part of the team. This is one hard working owner who’s working hard to bring a great team of drivers who want good pay good equipment with good ownership.
