Building are residentially situation on a green belt. Polite tenants. Mostly, excellent response to unit issues. No bugs (save for tiny ants which are controllable) that I have seen (or I’d leave screaming). Very good shopping right across the street and the views are unobstructed (so far). Lovely, lush paths immediately adjacent. There are issues as these buildings were built late seventies. Units are spacious and not boxy. Unfortunately rent has gone way up In the last two years which now also do not include hydro or parking. Near all major highway and great shopping I clouding Shoppers Drug Mart and Longos. No LCBO or Beer Store. Quiet. Safe.
Property has permission to build multi dwellings on this vast property which, when commenced, will unfortunately change the tranquillity and manageable low traffic infrastructure.
In 2020-21 (due to C19) many condos have become vacant and may offer more for the same money. Especially laundry facilities ensuite which these rentals do not. The ancient machines located in the dungeon laundry room are the very worst part of these old buildings.
