Great customer service. Bought a few items, had them engraved. They are professional and very helpful. There is a wide variety of gifts, I always find something here. They do the engraving on the spot which is a bonus! Always feel comfortable and greeted with a smile! Thanks for all your help over the years. Highly recommend.

This place is great! Whether you bring your own item to be plated and engraved or buy something in store, this place won't leave you disappointed. Plenty of selection for occasional items like Baptisms, Birthdays, Anniversaries etc...Depending on the time of day you can usually get stuff done within an hour, just make a selection and go browse the mall for a bit. Be sure to thoroughly look at your item once it complete, sometimes it may not come out the way you envisioned depending on the fonts selected
