(March 25, 2021, 9:27 pm)I’ve had the pleasure of living in two different units in this building – by choice – for over 8 years. The 3-bdrms are quite spacious and roomy, with fantastic huge balconies. The building itself is well-maintained on a very regular basis, and currently managed by a very able and responsive Property Manager, Julie. Rare to find a Property Manager who is so friendly and personable in Rental buildings these days. Great area, quiet, on a dead-end street, and right beside a beautiful walkable ravine – this is a building to check out when apartments are available.
