Rogers

Michelle and Ammar gave AMAZING customer service. I went into the Clarkson, Mississauga store very frustrated and disappointed with my phone and the service I received through phone support. These two individuals went over and above my expectations and gave me exceptional service. Rogers is very lucky to have such excellent staff at this store.

This is a great location. My family gets all our phones from here and the staff are always super nice and helpful. Michelle in particular is fantastic!

Adam Wrobel was amazing. He was competent and attentive. Just recently there was an error on my plan and within an hour of calling him when he was at work he rectified it. Rogers is lucky to have an employee like him.

Okay first of all the guy who helped us out was it very funny and personable. We also were served as soon as we walked in the door and greeted. They had a security guard at the front door which was interesting yet safe. The overall experience was seamless they gave us a new product and he's my grandmother's experience of her television box along very smoothly. Great location highly recommend this location.
