We were often involved in bidding wars, and wasting time looking at properties that were not within our budget prior to allowing Sam to represent us as our buying agent. He is very knowledgeable about the market and would give us sound and honest advised about the properties we should be bidding on as well as the ones we should be walking away from. He was very patient with us, and answered all of our questions and concerns when looking at properties. About 5 years ago I contacted Sam Giuliano to help me sell one of my houses.It was a complicated deal as me,my husband, and a partner bought this house as a flip property.
Unfortunately,when the house was completed things got ugly with the partner.He started to make things very difficult because he was also a real estate agent and we let him sell the house at first and unfortunately, he did a really lousy job and he couldn’t sell the house for a long period of time, and our $2 million house started look bad on the market.
Sam is the son of one of my best friends,one family that I love and respect so much.
We have multiple properties from more than 30 years and we have dealt with many real estate agents over this time.However, we couldn’t trust anybody else in these case...besides that,I’m sure no other real estate agent would want to be on this case.We all knew this was a hard case, but Sam didn’t give up,he sold the house for top dollar and he did with honesty, respect and hard work.
