I brought in my daughter's car to Royal Windsor Auto to repair a tire which had a bulge protruding from the sidewall. They advised me it needed to be replaced but both tires on the same axles must be matched. They recommended 2 used tires with 85% of the tread remaining. They provided me a very reasonable and competitive quote which I accepted and told them to go ahead. After 1 hour the job was complete and I was off. Very pleased with the friendly and fast service. I will be returning here for any future work on my or my family's cars.

Royal Windsor Auto delivers quality repairs, fair prices and advice you can trust. We've been taking our cars here for years and it has been worth it. Jordan and Steve have gone out of their way in customer service. Hard working, skilled, with a sense of humour, they fix your car as if you were their own family member about to get behind the wheel. No need to look anywhere else. Thanks, guys.

Very reasonable price and fast service.

I am giving 5 rating for a reason. Please read below.

Last December, I had a flat tire for nails kind of road hazard. I immediately went to closest Canadian Tire for repair and its within 1 km (above address) . The stuff took the tire out and eventually recommended to change the whole Winter tire (total cost estimate including labor is $226.00). I declined to change the tire but they still charged me for doing nothing (just to dismount the tire and put it back in). I changed to spare tire immediately on my own and went to Royal Windsor Auto in Mississauga next day. The guy fixed it for 20 dollars before tax and apparently didn't find any issue with the tire in general. I drove almost 2000 km (yes you read it right) after the tire is fixed by this shop and literally everything is fine and normal.

I again visited one more time last month for my car AC blower and they gave me right advice and didn't charge me anything and didn't want to upsell anything. Its very difficult nowadays to fins an honest auto repair shop. Please don't look any further.

I will come back here again for any auto repair issue in future.

I have an older BMW X5. I have been coming to RWA for about two years. The service is great, friendly and meticulous. Jordan clearly personally cares about each job. The prices have always been great. It is clear that no superfluous work is done and every job is well managed. I feel that the guys at Royal Windsor Auto care about my car the way that I care about my car. I highly recommend them.

One of the most difficult aspects of owning a vehicle is finding a mechanic shop you can trust. I was referred to owner Steve Toma and his crew 3 months ago and consider myself lucky. Steve talked to me about the repair (fumes from the muffler were in the cabin + the sound it was making.) He gave me an estimate, and when I returned , explained and demonstrated where the leaks were. A patch wasn't possible due to the number of leaks so he had to replace it + the flexion pipe. One of his guys took it out for a spin and noted that the brakes were a near future repair. Yup, that was true. Finally, Steve replaced a bulb in one of my rear brake lights. A nice touch. To those reading this: quit wasting your time asking is anyone knows of a reputable mechanic shop. Royal Windsor Auto Repair is the place. Oh, and I passed the Emissions test no problemo.
