Working with RB has made my life so much easier! They offer amazing quality service and products. Shawn, Zack, Sincere & the entire team in Mississauga have helped me to grow my business by leaps and bounds in the last year. Whether it's equipment, materials, ink or service RB has got me covered no matter what I request of them they are always ready to help! I can not recommend them enough! My only complaint is that I didn't find them when I first started Find Balance Printing - who knows how big I would be if I'd know about them sooner!!

I came by the shop on a early Tuesday afternoon in search for some machinery and the sales team was quick, efficient and great to talk with. I purchased a few fine printers and have had no issues but have been reassured the best technical support. Shout out to the young man Michael, blue eyes pretty fellow for helping me find everything i needed.

Luis and David provided me with a great deal of information and expertise. They have both been very helpful in answering my questions. It was nice dealing with them.

I was greeted warmly by Sincere in Customer Service. Though new, she was kind, present, and navigated a stock issue with my order quickly and effectively. While awaiting my order, Satpal in Operations introduced me to alternative vinyl materials and equipment that could help expand my apparel imaging business. I then met Zack, VP of Apparel Imaging, who provided perspective on choosing the most effective equipment for my business needs, taking purpose, supply, efficiency, and investment capacity into consideration. I left our conversation with a better understanding of the tools that will grow my company's printing capacity and income potential.

All staff were kind and helpful, adding to a friendly, inclusive, and collaborative office atmosphere.
