MDWare provides us all sorts of good business intelligence. Their support team is great and Lucas in particular is excellent. He has been able to resolve and advise on all of our challenges.
I have used SalonSpaWare since 2000 when I owned a salon in Florida. Their support over the years has continued to be of the highest caliber. I have since sold my salon & am doing booth rental now. It is still my go to software. The technicians are all so knowledgeable and very helpful and most of all, don't make this hairstylist of 50 years feel incompetent about the computer world.
