Update: I went last week (Sep 7th) after making an appointment online. A couple months earlier I had replaced my S10+ screen protector at Best Buy after the original one became scuffed up. The BB one was terrible and allowed fingerprints and smudges to build up. So I contacted Samsung Service and they said they could put the same protector the phone came with on. Upon arrival I waited patiently to be looked after, about 10 mins. The young man who looked after me was wonderful! He explained my options, the pros and cons, made recommendations and advised me of pricing and how long it would take. I returned 2 hours later and waited another 5 mins or so for him to finish with another client. Once he was free he went to see if my phone was ready and it was! When I went to pay he said that the price was actually $10 cheaper than what I was quoted online! BONUS! For Samsung lovers, I can't recommend this service centre enough! ☆☆☆☆☆
Haven't been there in at least 3 years but last time I went was to get my phone's screen replaced. They were fast and very professional. Very customer oriented. Want to visit again but I have moved and am quite a bit further away. Still, if I needed service or repair, this is definitely where I would go!
The store is the best. Professional peoples. which listen to you and try to help. I will never go to another service centre than that.

I did a mistake to stick a piece of metal in the back of my phone to attach it to my air vent magnet holder. I wanted to use the phone as GPS with Google maps. That was a No NO. After that, the wireless charger did not work anymore as the metal was like a shield between charger and phone.
Samsung Canada sent me to this store with an estimate of 185 dollars or more for just changing the back cover of my phone with a new one without metal.It was my Lucky day. I met Lucas, who listened to me and ask me to give him a chance to remove the metal for FREE.
He did it. 15 minutes top.
