The product is good (Kelly) sales, service and parts is the worst I have seen in 38 years in the maintenance business . I dealt with Serco in the 1980"s and 1990's and it was bad and got rid of them then, 30 years later it's only gotten worst and they took over the Kelly line which is a good product
