Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and affordable. I went to 3 other places and couldn't get a straight answer until I got to Shiftfix.

Got me in same day service, it was fast. Best part is they saved my transmission from needing to be replaced. It was hard shifting and now its smooth as butter! They actually listened to my suggestions and feedback.

I told my Venza in for a transmission fluid change and the whole experience from beginning to end was great. I called last minute and they got me in for service same day. John and the other staff were friendly and the wait time and price they quoted were exactly what I was told. At no point was I pressured into any service that I didn't want. I will definitely return for my other vehicle when the time comes.

John's crew took my car for a test drive and determined the problem was a wheel bearing - not the transmission.

These guys are amazing. Transmission work is not easy or for just anyone to perform. I brought a complicated project which these guys took in despite being a modified sample and gave me something above my expectations at below my price in mind. Would highly recommend. The techs know what their doing and are not in the business of robbing people’s wallets like most transmission techs and shops. Thanks again for all your amazing work
