(November 16, 2021, 4:48 pm)I rent from this company and although they have totally renovated beautiful units , they don't take care of the units that are already rented without a push of legal retaliation. They rented me a unit that leaks water in the basement and they knew this information and charged me for a renovated unit that IS NOT renovated. They offered to put me in another unit but with a 300.00 rent increase and the cost of moving would be up to me . This isn't right when I would have to move due to their neglect. So if your looking to rent from this company ask all questions and check the unit your looking at carefully and ask questions.
