Despite the other comments with regards to customer service, I had a wonderful experience where I sent an email and got turnaround response within the business day with a satisfactory solution.
Got a genesis machine 2 days ago. Clearly not working properly just keeps pumping CO2 non stop. Customer service via the website is useless and I’ve now been on hold for over an hour and yet to speak to somebody.
After 1.5 hours I spoke to someone. They agreed to replace the CO2 cartridge free of cost. I appreciate the replacement though the customer service is lacking
