She had very quick response time, easy to reach via phone and text, was always early and waiting for us at the showings, and got us our house well below list price. Due to this positive experience, we also used her services for selling our current home. She was very flexible to work with and kept us up to date on interest and feedback for our property while managing our expectations. We were able to sell our house over list price, exceeding my expectations as well as the figures provided by other sellers agents that we had interviewed.
