2 things to highlight.
Sandra our training schedule advisor is on the money!!! She got us the new law amendment about WAH , and arranged an on site training within 2 weeks of our request for aerial lift and boom training! In spite of the Covid-19 panic!!
And Ken, our trainer is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He kept the class moving forward and on point. And when we had a minor technical glitch he was patient until we worked it out!
They both are reasons why I know we will get thru this time. Professional, kind and friendly, yet firm enough to get it done. Thanks again.
