(March 27, 2021, 8:34 am)Best high rise condo in Mississauga. If I were to ever live in a condo again this would be my address.
The compound is always clean in the summer and well plowed in the winter. Every blade of grass is always green and their flowers will put a flower shop to shame.
The amenities such as the party room fitness room and the screening room are a bit on the small side but are descent enough.
What impressed me most about this high rise condo is how quiet it always was when I visited friends that lived there or had to show a unit to a client.
The underground parking ramp is the best designed of any condominium I have seen in Mississauga. I like the fact that many units offer tandem 2 car parking spots big enough to fit 2 midsize SUVs.
Front desk concierge always attentive and alert unlike other high rise condos around Mississauga.
(June 11, 2019, 3:44 pm)Beautiful place to live, however; the security in this building is the worst I have EVER seen, dealt with, and lived with in my life.
Building : 100/10 stars though!
