The Cynthia Ostos Team is unlike any other team I have worked with or seen in action. I have been in real estate for many years and naturally have seen a lot of teams in action. My immediate family listed an investment property with Cynthia (Listing Specialist) and had it sold within 1 day on the market for well-over asking and beyond what market suggested we could obtain. When dealing with family, you want to make sure someone you trust is looking after them as its a reflection of you. This listing was difficult from beginning to end, with many obstacles involved. Cynthia made sure no stones were left unturned, no questions were unanswered and no one was in the dark about anything. She raised points we never thought of and was an instant problem solver.

I also made my FIRST purchase with her. As a first-time home buyer, that experience is one of the most nerve-wracking things - so many thoughts and questions. In the end, she made sure I didn't overpay (even though i wanted to because i loved it so much!) She knew what she was doing, her 10 years experience shows. She made sure I was aware of all the next steps, she positioned me the best way to make sure closing would be smooth and all the right people were involved.
