Student Transportation of Peel Region

Dear StopR, Im being generous with my rating only because i understand that you have more then one bus company running out of your office, and its the first day of school so i expected some chaos/delays. (After waiting almost an hour to be connected to a person) I truly appreciate(Harleen)who was helpful and patient with my concerns about a bus not showing up to a stop. StopR you need to fix your website, your map informing parents where the bus stop is is horrible!!! It needs to be more definite and have written instructions, also when we call and it say press 7 about a late bus that then just directs you back to the website with no option to actually speak to someone is ridiculous this was the worst year of all the years I've had a child use a school bus, you guys need to do better. There is a huge lack of communication in letting parents new and old know where bus stops are when you change them. To The bus driver that only manage to pick up one student out of 46 you should have called head office to make sure you weren't in the wrong spot, one child on your bus should have been a clear hint since it was the first day of school (just saying) please do better you've only gotten worse in the past 5 yrs
