  This place will provide good care for your parents. However they suffer from the same problems as all senior living facilities, staffing. Quality of care is more dependent on which staff is on for any given day than it should be. The premium you pay would lead you to believe their staff to client ratio and standards will provide a better than average experience.
  Most days quality of care is as expected to better than expected. However on days when they are short staffed or junior staff and in, the quality of care suffers. It's for this reason that I believe Sunrise is average and not worth the premium you'll pay.
