Yesterday, I visited the new location at heartland for an exchange. The associate who did my exchange ( her name was Renee) was very pleasant and professional, and made the transaction very smooth. And when I was trying new pieces on, the lady at the fitting room was very knowledgeable with the product and very professional and always smiling. My entire experience was really good. I'm going back for some great deals!

This is the only Suzy Shier I go to now. Great customer service, a clean and neat store with everything displayed out nicely.
Everyone who works here is genuine and helpful.

It has been a long time since I’ve had such a great experience at a retail store. I walked in at 8:50pm with a tall order. You would expect staff to be annoyed as they were getting ready to close.
Instead I was pleasantly greeted then I was introduced to Jennifer and she was a gem. She listened to me and addressed all my requests./ concerns. She was super nice and made me feel like she had all the time in the world to help me.
I have been to this Suzy Shier I. The past and this location is always clean and the staff so nice.
I can honestly say that I will continue to come back and tell everyone to shop here.
